You agree not to hold Realty Lifeline liable for any of the consequences of such interruptions.

You understand and agree that Realty Lifeline does not control or set ratings and reviews of you or other users. By registering and using this website you are consenting to have known and unknown users post comments about you and rate your contribution to the website. REALTY LIFELINE DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OF THE MATERIALS IN THIS SITE IN TERMS OF THEIR COMPLETENESS, CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, ADEQUACY, USEFULNESS, TIMELINESS, RELIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.
Notices and procedure for making claims of copyright infringement
Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Service Provider's Designated Agent.

To be effective, the Notification must include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner whose exclusive right is allegedly infringed;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or is the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material;
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the Complaining Party, such as an address, telephone number, and if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted;
- A statement that the Complaining Party has good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the Complaining Party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receipt of the written Notification containing the information as outlined in 1 through 6 above:
- Realty Lifeline shall remove or disable access to the material that is alleged to be infringing;
- Realty Lifeline shall forward the written notification to such alleged infringer ("Subscriber");
- Realty Lifeline shall take reasonable steps to promptly notify the Subscriber that it has removed or disabled access to the material.
Communications to the above address is only effective for copyright notifications. Other communications should not be directed to the above address and no response may be forthcoming for non-related communications.
You agree that all notices (except for notices concerning breach of this Agreement) from Realty Lifeline to You may be posted on our Web site. Notices concerning breach will be sent either to the e-mail or postal address You have on file with Realty Lifeline. In either case, delivery shall be deemed to have been made five (5) days after the date sent regardless when delivery actually occurs.
You agree that this Agreement including the policies and agreements it refers to (i.e. our Privacy Policy, etc.) constitute the complete and only Agreement between You and Realty Lifeline regarding the Services contemplated herein.
You agree that the terms of this Agreement are severable. If any part of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, that part of the agreement will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law as closely as possible, in line with the original intention of both parties to the Agreement. The remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
The failure of Realty Lifeline to enforce any of the provisions within this Agreement or its incorporated agreements and policies against You or others shall not be construed to be a waiver of the right of Go Daddy thereafter to enforce such provisions.
Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer upon any third party any rights, remedies, obligations, or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
